Before working with Acsone, the stock management of publications depended solely on non-computerized support and the goodwill of the various stakeholders. There was no possibility of carrying out in-depth statistics and developing a real editorial and distribution policy… or even to ensure its development. Acsone has set up an ERP compatible with the Silog program already existing in the Walloon Region. The ERP developed should allow the implementation of efficient and unique management of our publications across all departments as well as the possibility of concretely, quickly and in-depth analysis of the editing and distribution work carried out. We draw obvious benefits in terms of saving time, energy, clarity, information security and what is not negligible economically. We now have a single portal access to all of the publications of the Public Service in Wallonia to further improve our service to the public.
