You have good skills in project management and business analysis;
You have good IT knowledge and background/experience that allows you to challenge proposed technical solutions;
You would like to encompass more ambitious projects;
You like understanding the business of your customers;
Working in an agile environment doesn’t bother you;
Being a facilitator is one of your main quality;
You like communicating with all the project stakeholders (both technical and business minded);
You are well organized and not scared by mandatory administrative tasks;
You like combining different activities in your daily duties, like meetings, writing analysis, finding solutions, people management, estimate work, … Switching between different tasks doesn’t bother you;
You communicate efficiently in Dutch and French and you write perfectly at least in one of these languages.
And you like to
Work in perfect collaboration with all the project stakeholders and ensure the customer’s satisfaction;
Motivate and organize the team to reach a high-level of performance and cohesion;
Participate to strategic discussions and find the best solutions to the customer’s business needs;
Elaborate analysis documents, estimate the workload and propose project extensions;
Follow-up the execution of several work packages and ensure that the resulting software meets the customer’s expectations;
Challenge the other project members about the technical solution;
Detect and inform about significant deviations, risks or problems;
Communicate with the customer, the team and Acsone’s management;
Facilitate the project by resolving the impediments encountered by the development team.
